The Jackery Solar Generator System is a photovoltaic energy storage module that harnesses the power of the sun to generate electricity. Inspired by the efficiency and convenience of solar energy, the design team sought to create a product that not only utilizes green energy but also complies with UL safety testing standards. The result is a product that has passed rigorous testing procedures, ensuring user safety.

What sets the Jackery Solar Generator System apart is its unique design features. The system comprises a foldable photovoltaic panel and an energy storage module, with a photoelectric conversion rate as high as 24%. The solar generator boasts a power of 1800W and a capacity of 1500wh. The solar panels can be connected in parallel to improve power generation efficiency, and it is IP67 waterproof, making it a robust and versatile solution for various outdoor scenarios.

The realization of this design is a testament to technological innovation. The energy storage module uses a 94V-0 fireproof shell, ensuring a stable current output. The built-in electric vehicle-grade power battery has passed the UN38.3 shockproof test, making it drop-proof and resistant to wind and sand. The solar panels use ETFE packaging material, adding to the durability of the product.

The design team faced several challenges in the creation of the Jackery Solar Generator System. Heat dissipation, wind noise, and temperature control of the inverter were among the main obstacles. However, through the use of an intelligent temperature control system and the optimization of the heat sink aluminum sheet and air duct structures, these challenges were overcome. The result is a product that is not only efficient but also reliable and safe to use.
